My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were very clean and accommodating to Silver Dollar City, just as they looked on the website. The service was wonderful and very helpful, a definite asset. The location worked well for us, being close to alternate driving routes besides the main strip. The dining experience was spot on with a good variety of options.
The hotel is making progress with room renovations, although our room felt a bit cramped due to the enlarged bath area. The check-in process took longer than expected, but the room eventually met our needs. The service was exceptionally friendly with a personal touch, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel's location was ideal, close to attractions while maintaining a peaceful ambiance. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some issues in quality being offset by a partial refund.
